Become a College Now Instructor!
Step 1: Instructor Application
All College Now teacher applicants must submit the College Now Teacher Application
and unofficial transcripts. Teachers are approved under the Sponsored Dual Credit
state standard, which allows a high school the opportunity to work closely with a
college or university to offer these courses even though the high school may not have
teachers who meet the higher education institution’s qualifications for teaching the
college or university courses. The High School Partnerships office will then send
your application and contact information to the College Faculty Liaison and include
you in the email.
Step 2: Articulation Meeting
You and the College Faculty Liaison will meet (zoom or in person) to review course
alignment and outcomes and complete the articulation meeting form. This needs to be
completed in 30 days from the email.
Step 3: Articulation Agreement Process
The High School Partnerships office will draft the articulation agreement and will
circulate it for signatures that need to be completed within 5 days.
