The Tech Lounge provides support with instructional technology and digital literacy needs, issues, and questions.

We offer assistance with:

  • Canvas (e.g., uploading assignments & videos, accessing course content, etc.)
  • Google Suite applications (e.g., Google Docs, Drive, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
  • Microsoft Suite applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Assistive technology (e.g., text-to-speech, YuJa Panorama, accessibility features, etc.)
  • Downloading/attaching/organizing files
  • And more!

Our space also includes:

  • Laptops you can use in the Tech Lounge (while staff are present).
  • Two large TV screens to work on group projects or presentations.
  • Several plug-ins around the room and on the tables.
  • Plenty of space to work.

 

Appointments

We offer both in-person and virtual meetings, but you are welcome to drop-in as well!
