The Journalism and Mass Communications program emphasizes writing for the print media. It serves a twofold purpose: to prepare students for transfer to a four-year college or university, and to provide entry-level skills to those who want to change careers. A few examples of job titles in this field include:

• Public Relations and Fundraising Manager
