Professional development courses are open to the public and may be offered in-person at the Corvallis Campus or through our Virtual Engagement System. We offer two leadership academies: AIM (Accountability Integrity Management) and Five Critical Skills for Supervisors, with more opportunities coming soon!

 

Leadership Academies

Spring 2025

5 Critical Skills for Supervisors

This series provides progressive skill development from one session to the next. New supervisors learn the foundations of professional supervision. Experienced supervisors receive new tools and update their leadership lens.

  • Apr 8 - Practices of High Performing Supervisors
  • Apr 22 - Communicating as a Supervisor
  • May 6 - Coaching and Problem Solving
  • May 20 - Difficult Conversations
  • June 3 - Performance Appraisals

AIM Leadership Academy 

AIM is a 5-session leadership development program designed to develop the habits, actions, and emotional intelligence of engaged leaders.
