ASLBCC Governing Documents

The Student Leadership Council (SLC) is governed by several documents. 

• The ASLBCC Constitution outlines the basic form of Student Government and its policies and may be changed only by a vote of the student body, the Associated Students of Linn-Benton Community College (ASLBCC). 

• The SLC By-Laws provide more specific information--job descriptions for student representatives, election rules, and other guidelines for business and policies--and can be changed at any SLC public meeting. 

• In addition to the Constitution and By-Laws, the SLC and LBCC have agreed to participate in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlining expectations of each party.
