When to apply: You need to apply for graduation at least one term before completion. Application deadline is the 4th week of the previous term (see chart below).
Spring Commencement Ceremony Participation: You may participate in the ceremony at the end of your academic year of completion. If you are within 15 credits of completion and will complete Summer/Fall term, you can participate in the Spring ceremony with a special request. Other exceptions are reviewed by the Registrar on a case by case basis.
Graduation Program Listing: Names of students who will complete by the end of Spring term will be printed in the graduation program. The exception is Dental students as noted in the above paragraph.

* Spring term graduation applications officially close February 12, 2016; however, late applications will be accepted until May 1, 2016
Applications received by Feb. 12 will be reviewed prior to spring term registration. Students who apply by Feb. 12 will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding oustanding courses in time to register for these courses for spring term. Applications received after Feb. 12 will not be reviewed until after spring term registration is open. To ensure you get into the courses you need to graduate for spring term, be sure to apply by no later than Feb. 12.
