A Microsoft Active Directory staff user account is required before you can log in on an LBCC computer. The way to get an account is by filling out the Logon Request Form.
Filling out a Login Request Form is usually done as part of the hiring process. It would have required your signature and that of your supervisor. If you don't recall signing one, perhaps this task still needs to be completed
The Login Request Form is available online (fill it out, then Print), from your division secretary, or from Information Services (located in CC-110). Fill this form out, including signatures and contact information, and return it to the Information Services secretary.
Once Information Services has received your signed Login Request Form, your account should be ready in three work days or less.
