The LBCC Network and Systems Administration program is designed for students interested in a career as a network technician. The program provides foundational skills, which provide a firm basis for lifelong, on-the-job learning and professional growth.
The program offers a two-year Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Network and Systems Administration, as well as a short-term certificate in Basic Networking. The certificate can be completed in Summer or Fall term and is designed to help students develop skills to administer and manage computer networks.
Students will have the opportunity to get some valuable cooperative work experience in the information technology field, arranged with one of a number of local public and private organizations.
