**NOTE SCHEDULE CHANGE: "Mr. Burns, a post-electric play" - August 25, 26, Sept. 1, 2 at 7:30pm; August 27 at 2:00pm.
After the apocalypse, how would you rebuild? In Anne Washburn's thought-provoking dark comedy, it starts with The Simpsons. Around a campfire, a group of survivors try to recall the "Cape Feare" episode of the animated sitcom. Years later, those same survivors are now one of many wandering theater troupes keeping civilization alive by performing classic TV episodes. As society rebuilds, would our pop culture memories become the mythology of the future? With The Simpsons, is that such a bad thing?
