Community Education Policies

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of registration, whether online, in person or by mail.
  • You are responsible for paying your account in full. You will not receive a bill. Avoid late fees, pay when you register.

Refund/Drop Policy

  • Full refunds will be issued to all students if LBCC must cancel a class.
  • You can drop a class online via WebRunner or by submitting an add/drop form at any community education office. Refunds will be given during the ‘refund period,’ depending on the class length.

Class Length - Refund Period

  • 4 weeks or less Sunday (midnight): Prior to the first week of class
  • 5-11 weeks Sunday (midnight): Prior to the second week of class
  • Driver Education: Prior to the first day of class
